1. Cancellation by Participant

If the Participant wishes to cancel their Enrolment (or part thereof), it must provide written notice to the "Company" i.e. thinkeducation.in. The following cancellation charges shall apply based on timing of cancellation relative to the

Program “Start Date”:

Timing of Cancellation Cancellation Charge

More than 30 days prior to Start Date = 10% of Fees

15–30 days prior to Start Date = 25% of Fees

7–14 days prior to Start Date = 50% of Fees

Less than 7 days prior to Start Date = 75% of Fees

After Start Date or if Services already commenced = 100% of Fees

2. Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Program (in whole or part) due to circumstances beyond its control (including non-payment, or breach by Participant).
If the Company cancels without cause, the Participant will receive a full refund of Fees paid for the affected portion of the Program (less any third-party costs incurred).

3. Refunds

All cancellations by the Participant will result in refund of over-paid amounts (if any) after deduction of cancellation charges and incurred costs.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation confirmation, subject to recalculation of chargeable amounts.
Refunds will be made to the as per the Participant's preferred mode of refund.

4. Credit Transfers

If the Participant requests to transfer the Enrolment to a different date or program (and the Company agrees), the Company may treat this as a cancellation and re-booking; fees for the new programme shall apply and cancellation charges for the original booking may apply.

5. Non-Attendance/ No-Show

If the Participant fails to attend or participate in the booked Program without prior notice, no refund will be granted.

This site is owned by Think Education Advisory Services LLP. By proceeding with enrolment and payment of fees, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these terms & conditions. We reserve this right, in our sole discretion, to update or revise these terms & conditions. Continued use of the site following the posting of any changes to the ‘terms & conditions’, constitutes your acceptance of those changes. At thinkeducation.in, we try our best to plan an immersive learning experience in India in safe and secure environment. Your enrolment constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below.

1. Program Eligibility

Use of the Site is available only to persons who can legally enter into contracts under applicable laws. Persons who are "incompetent to contract", within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. Thinkeducation.in reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site if it discovers that you are under the age of 18 years or is lacking in any other criteria, as recognized under Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Payment Deadline

The stated fee must be paid 30 days prior to the start of the program, failing which a 10% late payment charge will apply. Thinkeducation.in reserves the right to revoke or terminate your registration if the payment does not reach 1 day prior to the commencement of the program.

3. Electronic Communications

When you use the site or send emails or other data, information or communicate to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us electronically and give your consent to receive communications electronically from us periodically, when required.

4. Reviews, Feedback & Submissions

All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to thinkeducation.in directly or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively referred to "Comments") will remain thinkeducation.in property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any comments shall constitute an assignment to thinkeducation.in of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the comments,thus, it exclusively owns all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise. Thinkeducation.in will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display and distribute any comments you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. Thinkeducation.in is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; or (2) to pay you any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any Comments. You agree that any comments submitted by you to the Site will not violate this policy or any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s), and will not cause injury to any person or entity. You further agree that no comments submitted by you to the site will be libelous or otherwise unlawful, threatening, abusive or obscene material, or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of "spam".

Thinkeducation.in does not regularly review posted comments, but does reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any comment submitted to the Site. You grant thinkeducation.in the right to use the name that you submit in connection with any of the posted comments. You agree not to use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any Comments you submit. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any comments you make and you agree to indemnify thinkeducation.in and its affiliates for all claims resulting from any Comments you submit, we take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments submitted by you or any third party.

5. Accuracy of Content / Information of Services on the Web Site

While thinkeducation.in strives to provide program descriptions and pricing information, geo-political circumstances and weather related issues may occur, causing changes to the program. Under any such unforeseeable event, thinkeducation.in shall have the right, to modify the program to ensure safety of participants, and may also choose to cancel or postpone the program based on the request of majority of the student participants.
